摘  要:介绍了无缝包边技术在模内注射领域的生产与应用,通过在注射模分型线对应位置预先放置内凹的片材成型模成型出带内凹的3D片材,采用与之相配合的冲模冲裁,得到尺寸符合要求的带内扣的片材,再通过特殊的注射模分型面设计,在合模的同时将部分片材向内反折,使片材在注射后倒扣在塑件底部,消除片材与塑件的配合公差问题,得到无缝模内注射零件。The production application of seamless board edge iron technology in the field of IMD was presented. The 3 D sheet with inner buckles was formed by a thermoforming mould, and a die with the profile and positioning function was used for trimming, so that the size of inner buckle met the requirements. After designing a special parting level of the injection mould, the partial sheet was folded inward while the mould was closed. So, the sheet was inverted at the bottom of the plastic after injection, which solved the fit tolerance problem between the previous sheet and the plastic, and the seamless IMD injection parts were obtained.
