摘 要:针对雷击过电流导致铜芯输电线崩断和熔断现象,通过对导线通过瞬间大电流瞬间受到的机械效应和热效应的理论分析,选取一种材质相同工频载流量不同的黄铜线进行8/20μs波形雷电流冲击试验,得出铜线遭受雷电流发生崩断时受的机械力符合横向电场力和全部漂流电子对导线施加的反作用力的矢量和为机械力的理论;铜线遭受雷电流发生熔断现象符合当通过导线的瞬间电流足够大时,导线的状态取决于导线熔化决定因子值的大小的理论;铜线的崩断和熔断电流临界值以及铜线所能承受的机械力与铜线的工频载流量均呈正相关。In terms of the phenomenon of lightning current leading copper power lines break off and melt,the theory,wire will be affected by mechanical effect and thermal effect when instantaneous large current goes through it,is analyzed. A kind of same material but different power frequency current carrying capacity brass wire is chosen in this impulse test which is carried out by using 8/20 μs waveform of lightning current. The phenomenon that brass wires break off under the impact of 8/20 μs waveform lightning current conforms to the theory that the vector sum of the transverse electric field force and all the directional drift electrons’ reactive force is mechanical force; it conforms to the theory that when the lightning current is sufficient magnitude,the condition of the brass wire will respond closely to its melting; the critical current value of breaking off and melting as well as the mechanical force that brass wire can bear have positive correlation with the power frequency current carrying capacity of the brass wire.
