摘 要:为研究复合材料支柱绝缘子的地震响应,本文对换流站用±1 100 kV复合支柱绝缘子进行了振动台试验,研究了该支柱绝缘子的动力特性,加速度响应,位移响应以及应力响应。试验结果表明:该支柱绝缘子的前三阶频率分别为0. 63 Hz、3. 90 Hz以及10. 75 Hz,阻尼比约为3. 7%。支柱绝缘子的加速度响应峰值、相对位移响应峰值以及根部应力响应峰值均随地震动峰值加速度的增大(0. 1~0. 4 g)线性升高。不同地震波作用下设备的响应峰值各不相同,但响应峰值沿绝缘子的分布对地震波的变化并不敏感。由于螺栓连接引入的非线性,最大应力响应并没有出现在根部固定端,下数第2节绝缘子的根部才是设备的薄弱部位。To study the seismic response of composite post insulators,shaking table test on a ±1100 kV composite post insulator is carried out. The dynamic characteristics,acceleration response,displacement response,and stress response of the post insulator were studied. Test results show that the first three natural frequencies of the post insulator are 0. 63 Hz,3. 90 Hz and 10. 75 Hz,with the damping ratio of3. 7%. The peak acceleration response,peak relative displacement response,and peak stress response of the post insulator increase linearly with the increase of peak ground acceleration( 0. 1 ~0. 4 g). The peak response of the equipment differs from each other under different seismic waves; however,the distribution of peak response along the insulator is not sensitive to the seismic wave. Because of the nonlinearity introduced by bolted connection,the maximum stress response does not locate at the bottom of the whole post insulator. However,the bottom of the second lowest component of the post insulator is the weakest part of the equipment.
