摘　　要：对SF6气体变压器用盆式绝缘子出厂试验进行了研究和探讨。以GIS盆式绝缘子出厂试验要求为依据,结合SF6气体变压器性能参数及其盆式绝缘子的技术特点,通过试品试验,提出适用于SF6气体变压器用盆式绝缘子的出厂试验项目、方法和参考指标建议:对局放量测量电压进行调整,对密封试验指标进行量化,增加长时压力及真空试验。The experiment of basin-type insulator used in SF6 Gas Insulated Transformer is analyzed and discussed. Based on the experimental standard of basin-type insulator used in GIS,combined with the characteristic of SF6 gas insulated transformer( GIT) and its basin-type insulator,through the test of the test,the factory test items,methods and reference indicators for the basin insulators for SF6 gas transformers are proposed: the voltage measurement of the partial discharge is adjusted,the sealing test indicators are quantified,and the long-term pressure and vacuum test are added.
