摘 要:为比较不同伞型、材质绝缘子相同环境下的自然积污特性及污耐压性能,在浙江嘉兴选取典型污源附近杆塔,对XP-70、LXY-70、FC70P、XWP2-70四种绝缘子进行同塔悬挂,经历2年自然积污后对盐密(ESDD)、灰密(NSDD)进行了测试分析,并以此为基础对不同绝缘子的污闪梯度进行了比较。分析结果表明,伞型对绝缘子积污盐密、灰密有显著影响,标准型绝缘子XP-70积污盐密、灰密约为双伞型XWP2-70相应值的2. 1、1. 5倍,钟罩型FC70P积污盐密、灰密约为标准型LXY-70相应值的1. 6、1. 7倍;瓷标准型XP-70绝缘子与玻璃标准型绝缘子LXY-70积污盐密、灰密值几乎一致; C、D级污区,相同积污环境下双伞型XWP2-70绝缘子污闪梯度比LXY-70、FC70P绝缘子更大。In order to compare the natural contamination performance and the pollution withstand voltage level of suspension insulators with different sheds and material,four kinds of typical insulators as XP-70、LXY-70、FC70 P、XWP2-70 were suspended on the same transmission line tower near typical pollution sources in Jiaxing. After 2 years of natural contamination,values of ESDD and NSDD were tested and analyzed,based on which the pollution flashover gradient were compared. It is shown that the sheds could affect the pollution deposit level apparently. The values of ESDD and NSDD of standard insulator XP-70 were 2. 1 and 1. 5 times that of double sheds insulator XWP2-70,and the values of ESDD and NSDD of bell insulator FC70 P were 2. 1 and 1. 5 times that of standard LXY-70. The contamination between glass standard insulator LXY-70 and standard ceramic insulators XP-70 were rare. With the same contamination environment,the pollution withstand voltage level of XWP2-70 was the largest compared with LXY-70、FC70 P insulators.
