摘  要:采用普通涤纶长丝和海岛纤维结构涤锦长丝,通过脱圈法开发经编网眼毛圈织物.利用海岛纤维结构改善化纤长丝织物的吸湿性能,并探索其作为洁净用纺织品的可行性。介绍织物组织结构设计和编织工艺参数,并测试分析织物的吸湿性能,包括芯吸高度、回潮率和接触角。通过与普通经编网眼织物进行性能对比得出.海岛纤维结构的经编毛圈织物具有较好的储水能力和吸湿能力,可作为洁净类纺织品.该研究为超吸湿类经编面料的开发提供了新思路,开拓了洁净纺织品的设计领域。In order to develop a kind of fabric for cleaning usage, a net warp-knitted terry fabric with the island fiber was developed by press-off method. The structure and process parameters of the terry fabric as well as the properties of moisture absorption such as wicking height, moisture regain and water contact angle were analyzed in this paper. It indicated that the warp knitted terry fabric with island fiber has better moisture storage capacity and absorption than the normal mesh warp knitted fabric, which provides a new sight for the development of super-absorbent fabric and opens up the field of fabric design for cleaning usage.
