摘 要:纳米抗菌芳香服装近年越来越受到人们欢迎,但目前该产品存在抗菌芳香效果不耐洗涤的问题,其解决途径之一是通过选择最佳后整理配方以提高其持久性。文中采用浸渍工艺对含棉服装面料进行不同配方抗菌芳香后整理,采用改进晕圈法及气味法分别测试整理后织物的抗菌性能及香味含量,根据试验数据并结合理论分析不同服装面料的抗菌芳香综合性能,从而得出适合企业生产的含棉服装面料纳米后整理抗菌芳香最佳配方。结果表明,3种含棉服装面料最佳工艺配方均是浓度为7%纳米银抗菌剂和浓度为4%薰衣草芳香微胶囊,在后整理溶液中加入3%黏合剂,可增加织物的耐洗涤次数,耐洗涤次数达到18次以上。Nano-antibacterial aromatic garment has become more and more popular in recent years.However,a problem is that the antibacterial aromatic effect of the product is not resistant to washing at present.One of the solutions is to increase the durability by choosing the best finishing formula.In this paper,antibacterial aromatic finishing with different formulas is made to fabrics containing cotton using the impregnation process.The antibacterial property and aroma content of the finished fabrics are tested using the improved anti-bacteria-halo method and odor identification method.The comprehensive antibacterial aromatic performance is analyzed according to the test data.The best formula for antibacterial aromatic performance of nano-finished fabrics suitable for enterprise production is obtained.The results show that the best process formulas of three type fabrics are the nano-silver antibacterial agent with 7% concentration and the aromatic microcapsules with 4% concentration.The washing resistance of the fabric is increased by adding 3% binder to the finishing solution.The number of washing resistance is up to 18 times.
