摘　　要：介绍胜家299U250系列圆头锁眼机快速给进装置的维修调整,包括开始开刀线圈和托架、快速给进制动装置、拖布盘停止位置以及快速给进电磁离合器离合板之间间隙的调整,并总结出一套较为完整的有关该设备快速给进装置维修调整的要领及方法。结合相关资料及维修实践中的经验,阐述该设备快速给进装置特殊故障产生的原因及排除方法,特殊故障包括刀具开关设置先切后缝(CB)或先缝后切(CA)位置时刀具均不工作,快速给进装置不工作或者不能完成全部动作而中途停车,完成一个缝锁循环后故障报警灯亮,故障报警灯不亮而刀具开关设置完毕后却不工作,为胜家299U250系列圆头锁眼机的正常使用及故障排除提供技术帮助。The SINGER 299U250 eyelet buttonhole sewing machine is one of the indispensable key equipment in modern knitted garment enterprise production,but the repair and adjustment of its rapid feeding device is too complicated.The repair and adjustment of rapid feeding device of SINGER 299U250 eyelet buttonhole 'machine is introduced in this paper,including the adjustment of starting the open coil and brackets,rapid feeding brake device,stop position of the mop disc,the rapid feeding electromagnetic clutch plywood and clearance.Finally it obtains a series of complete essentials and methods about repairing and adjusting the rapid feeding device of this machine.Combining with the related data and repair experience,this paper expounds the reason for special faults and machinery troubleshooting methods of the rapid feeding device.Special faults include that the cutter does not work no matter cutter switch put to CB or CA,rapid feeding device does not work or complete all the full action and stop halfway,trouble lamp works after completing a lock loop,the failure alarm light is not lighted and the cutter does not work after setting the switch.It provides technical assistance for the normal use and troubleshooting of SINGER 299U250 series eyelet buttonhole machines.
