摘  要:采用双组分熔融复合纺丝技术,制备55 dtex/36 f橘瓣型涤锦负离子超细纤维(60∶40),探讨纺丝工艺和拉伸假捻变形工艺特点,确定最佳生产工艺,并对其面料的负离子释放量进行测试。结果表明,由于负离子粉体的加入,纺丝温度及纺丝速度应适当降低,纤维结晶度降低,纤维力学性能下降,负离子添加量为1.5%(质量分数)时,橘瓣型涤锦负离子针织面料水洗前的负离子释放量为785个/cm^3,水洗50次后负离子释放量无明显衰减,面料具有负离子保健功能且性能稳定持久。The 55 dtex/36 f orange-petal polyester-nano-ion microfibers(60∶40) was prepared by two-component melt-spinning technology. The spinning process and the characteristics of texturing process were discussed to determine the best production process. And the negative ion release amount was tested. The results show that, due to the addition of negative ion powder, the spinning temperature and spinning speed are reduced appropriately, the crystallinity of fiber is lowered, and the mechanical properties of fiber are decreased. When the negative ion addition amount is 1.5%(mass fraction), the negative ion release amount of the fabric before washing is 785 pcs/cm^3,and aftering washing 50 times, the amount of negative ion release don’t decrease significantly, and the fabric has the function of negative ion health care and stable and lasting performance.
