摘 要:针织物溢流染色时提布轮速度与喷嘴水流速的平衡性对织物染色质量至关重要,文中通过测试纯棉针织物、涤棉混纺针织物在染色机内的运行顺畅性及运行时布身是否打滑来研究特定针织物需要的提布轮速度与喷嘴处水流速的平衡值,并通过线性回归法研究针织物规格与提布轮速度-喷嘴水流速度平衡性的关系,测试了不同规格织物在不同提布轮速度下表面质量、起毛、色差、缩水率等指标。结果表明,针织物规格与提布轮速度-喷嘴水流速度平衡性存在线性关系:A=-0.461 6W+281.574 5。并指出不同规格织物需要的提布轮速度范围为200~300 m/min。The balance between the speed of the Lifting roller velocity and the nozzle flow velocity is very important for the dyeing quality of the fabric during the dyeing of the knitted fabric.This article tested the cotton knitted fabric and the polyester-cotton blended knitted fabric whether the cloth was smooth running and slippery in the dyeing machine.Sliding to study the balance about required for a specific knitted fabric between the lifting roller velocity and the nozzle flow velocity.And the relationship between the specification of knitted fabric and lifting roller velocity-the nozzle flow velocity was studied by linear regression method.Tested the surface quality,fluffing,color flower,shrinkage rate and other indicators of fabrics with different specifications at different fabric wheel speeds.The results show that there is a linear relationship between the specification of knitted fabric and lifting roller velocity-the nozzle flow velocity:A=-0.4616W+281.5745.It is also pointed out that the lifting roller velocity required for different specifications of fabrics ranges from 200to 300m/min.
