半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗原发胆汁反流性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效。方法通过筛选武汉市第六医院等多家医院156例原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者,随机分为两组,每组78人,对照组使用兰索拉唑肠溶片、莫沙必利胶囊治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础上加用半夏泻心汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候改善情况。结果观察组患者治愈率、显效率、有效率,总有效率达与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者四大症候积分组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者四大积分明显低于对照组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效较优,中医症状改善明显,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with western medicine on primary bile reflux gastritis.Methods 156cases of patients with bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, 78cases in each group,control group received lansoprazole tablets and mosapride capsule,observation group received Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups and the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndromes before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results In observation group, the cure rate was 48.72%,the marked effective rate was 43.59%,the effective rate was 5.13%,and the total effective rate was 97.44%.In control group,the cure rate was 34.62%,the marked effective rate was 32.05%,the effective rate was 17.95%, and the total effective rate was 84.62%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the four syndrome scores between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the four syndrome scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with western medicine has a better effect in treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis,the TCM symptoms are improved obviously,and it is worth popularizing in clinical.
