摘 要:以硝酸锂、碳酸锂、氧化硼为原料,采用固相法制备得到了Li_(3-2x)B_(1-x)N_xO_3(x=0.1, 0.2, 0.3)锂离子固体电解质,通过无压烧结制备得到固体电解质片,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电化学交流阻抗(EIS)对Li_(3-2x)B_(1-x)N_xO_3固态电解质进行了表征。结果表明:当x=0.2时,采用无压烧结在600℃烧结10 h制备得到的固体电解质片致密度最高,达到理论密度的90.07%,室温锂离子总电导率也最大,为6.37×10^(-6) S/cm,此时激活能值最小,为0.48 eV。The Li3.2xB1-xNxO3(x=0.1,0.2,0.3) compound with pure phase were prepared by solid phase method with lithium nitrate,lithium carbonate and boron oxide as the raw materials.The Li3.2xB1-xNxO3 precursor powders were sintered via pressureless sintering,and the Li3.2xB1-xNxO3 solid electrolytes were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results show that the Li26B0.8N0.2O3sintered at 600℃ for 10h by the pressureless sintering shows the highest density, reaching 90.07% of theoretical density,the highest total conductivity of 6.37×10^-6S/cm,and the lowest activation energy 0.48eV at 250-390K.
