摘　　要：目的探讨一次性维护包在PICC门诊患者导管维护中的应用效果。方法选取200例肿瘤科第一次化疗后间歇期、门诊连续维护至少4次的门诊PICC置管患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。其中采用自行搭配材料维护的100例患者为对照组,采用一次性维护包维护的100例患者为观察组。比较两组维护时间及并发症发生率。结果两组维护时间、皮疹发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论一次性维护包相较于自行搭配材料维护PICC导管可以减少皮疹发生率,有效节省时间。Objective To explore the application effect of disposable maintenance package on cather maintenance in PICC outpatients.Method 200 PICC outpatients were enrolled in this study. They were all maintained after the first chemotherapy and at least 4 times in the outpatient department. And then randomly divided them into the control group( self matching material maintenance) and the observation group( disposable maintenance package),100 cases in each group. Comparing the maintenance time,incidence of complications between the two groups. Result There was a significant difference between the two groups maintenance time,incidence of rash( P < 0.05). Conclusion Using disposable maintenance package can reduce the incidence of rash,save time and improve the patients comfort compared with the self matching material.
