摘 要:通过表面电位衰减法(SPD)和工频击穿实验研究了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)含量对XLPE试样击穿与陷阱特性的影响。结果表明:随着DCP含量的增加,XLPE的电气强度及深陷阱密度均呈先增大后减小的趋势,两者均在DCP质量分数为0.5%时达到最大值,这是由于未掺杂DCP时,试样内部的陷阱以浅陷阱为主,电气强度较低,随着DCP含量增加,交联过程中在XLPE内部引入了更多的深陷阱,电气强度升高。但DCP含量进一步增加时,深陷阱密度开始减小,电气强度降低。当DCP质量分数为0.5%~1.0%时有利于提高XLPE的击穿特性。The effects of dicumyl peroxide (DCP) content on the breakdown and trap characteristics of XLPE were studied by surface potential decay (SPD) and power frequency breakdown experiment. The results show that the electric strength and deep trap density of XLPE increase at first and then decrease with the increase of DCP content, and both of them reach the maximum value when the DCP mass frac tion is 0.5%. This is because there are mainly shallow traps in the sample without DCP doped, and the electric strength is low. With the increase of DCP content, there are more deep traps introduced into XLPE during crosslinking process, and the electric strength increases. However, with the further increase of DCP content, the deep trap density begins to decrease, and the electric strength decreases. When the DCP mass fraction is 0.5%~1.0%, it is beneficial to improve the breakdown characteristic of XLPE.
