摘 要:本研究对涂料材料进行热老化、光老化以及油水侵蚀实验,采用水浴加热方式测试其热致变色性能,研究光、热等外界因素对涂料中变色材料变色性能的影响。结果表明:随着热老化实验的进行,涂料本身褪色,变色温度降低。光老化对涂料的影响具有类似的规律。红外光谱测试结果表明热作用会使涂料中的有机物脱氢碳化从而影响其变色性能;利用紫外线吸收剂与环氧树脂的混合体系对变色涂料进行涂覆可提升其光稳定性,减少水性和油性物质对涂料的侵蚀作用,从而延长涂料的使用寿命并提高其工作可靠性。Thermal ageing, photoageing, and oil-water erosion experiments were carried out on coating materials, their thermochromic properties were tested using water bath heating method, and the effects of external factors such as light and heat on the chromogenic performance of the thermochromic materials in coatings were studied. The results show that as the thermal ageing experiment proceeds, the coating fades and its thermochromic temperature decreases. The effect of photoageing on the coatings is similar. The infrared spectroscopy results show that the thermal effect would make the organic compounds in the coatings dehydrogenate and carbonize and then affects their chromogenic performance. Using the mixed system of ultraviolet absorbent and epoxy resin to coat the chromic coatings can increase their photostability and decrease the erosion of water and oil substances to coatings. Thus, the service life of coatings is prolonged and their working reliability is improved.
