摘 要:以复合绝缘子用高温硫化硅橡胶为研究对象,通过正交试验,利用电晕放电加速老化电极与环境模拟系统研究了在染污硅橡胶实际运行中污秽浓度、环境湿度以及二者之间的交互作用对其沿面闪络电压的影响,探究了3种影响因素对染污硅橡胶电晕老化的影响机理及闪络电压改变的原因。结果表明:当污秽物质的憎水性较差时,高污秽浓度与高湿度条件下硅橡胶老化试样的闪络电压更高。对于憎水性相同的污秽物质,可溶性盐的存在可以增大污秽浓度与湿度间交互作用对硅橡胶老化试样闪络电压的影响,并能降低污秽浓度与湿度的变化对染污硅橡胶老化后闪络电压的影响,使得闪络电压改变的幅度减小。High temperature vulcanized silicone rubber used for composite insulators was taken as research object, and the effects of pollution concentration and humidity and their interaction on the flashover voltage of contaminated silicon rubber was studied using corona discharge accelerate ageing electrode and environmental simulation system through orthogonal experiment. The influence mechanism of the three influencing factors on the corona ageing of contaminated silicone rubber and the change reasons of flashover voltage were investigated. The results show that when the hydrophobicity of pollutants is poor, the flashover voltage is higher under the condition of high pollution concentration and high humidity. For the pollutants with the same hydrophobicity, the presence of soluble salts can enhance the effect of interaction between pollution concentration and humidity on the flashover voltage and decrease the effect of pollution concentration and humidity on the flashover voltage of contaminated silicon rubber after ageing, making the change amplitude of flashover voltage decrease.
