摘  要:对比了不同Ti-Al合金制备方法的优缺点。综述了电沉积Ti-Al合金的三种电沉积体系的研究现状。电沉积Ti-Al合金的三种电沉积体系为离子液体体系、无机熔盐体系和有机溶剂体系。离子液体体系绿色环保且节能减排,但制备出的镀层纯度不高;无机熔盐体系操作简单且镀层均匀结实,但能耗较高且沉积效率较低;有机溶剂体系操作简单且所制备的镀层纯度高,但挥发较大且易燃易爆。总结了电流密度、外加电位和温度对电沉积Ti-Al合金镀层Ti含量和Al含量的影响。最后对Ti-Al合金的应用及前景进行了展望。The advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods for Ti-Al alloys were compared. The research status of three electrodeposition systems for Ti-Al alloys were reviewed. The three electrodeposition systems for Ti-Al alloys are ionic liquid systems, inorganic molten salt systems and organic solvent systems. The ionic liquid system is green and energy-saving. But the purity of the prepared coating is not high. The inorganic molten salt system is easy to operate and the coating is uniform and stout. But the energy consumption is high and the deposition efficiency is low. The organic solvent system is simple to operate and the prepared coating has high purity. But it is volatile, flammable and explosive. The effects of the factors(current density, potential and temperature) on the Ti content and Al content of the Ti-Al alloys electrodeposition coating were summarized. Finally, the applications and prospects of Ti-Al alloys were prospected.
