摘  要:使用ASM2—3一X应力检测仪,利用盲孔法研究钛合金表面喷涂两种厚度NiCrAl涂层的残余应力分布情况。通过测量盲孔周围残余应力释放形成的应变得到平均主应力,并利用ANSYS有限元软件生死单元技术模拟仿真。实验与模拟结果表明:在一定厚度内,涂层残余应力为压应力,并随着厚度的增加而增大;同时残余应力的分布与试件的形状尺寸有关且在边缘附近位置有显著的应力集中现象。ASM2-3-X stress detector was used to study the distribution of the residual stresses in plasma sprayed NiCrAl coating with two different thicknesses on titanium alloy substrate by using blind hole method. The average principal stress was obtained by measuring the strain formed by residual stress releasing around the blind hole, and the life and death unit technology of ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate. The experimental and simulated results show that the residual stresses of the coatings are compressive stresses in a certain thickness, which increases with the increase of the thickness. The distribution of residual stress is related to the shape size of specimens and the phenomenon of the stress concentration is remarkable in the vicinity of the edge.
