摘  要:对压缩螺旋弹簧性能和尺寸不稳定现象展开了分析,明确了影响压缩螺旋弹簧性能和尺寸的因素,除材料质量、绕制的外形尺寸外,还有回火工序安排、回火工艺参数等。生产结果表明,采用优化的回火工艺流程和回火工艺参数,该类弹簧合格率得到了大幅度提升。The performance and dimension instability of compression coil spring were analyzed.The factors that affect the performance and size of compression coil spring were clear,they are not only the material quality,shape dimension of winding,but also the tempering process arrangement,tempering process parameters and so on.The result of production shows that,by adopting the optimized tempering process and tempering process parameters,the qualified rate of this kind of spring has been greatly improved.
