摘 要:研究了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金在升温时效过程中的力学性能变化以及合金内部析出相的转变规律。试验结果表明,升温时效可明显提高Al-4.76Zn-2.13Mg-1.18Cu合金的强度,在升温时效(180℃,40℃/h)条件下,只需要2 h的时效时间就可使合金达到峰时效的力学性能。随时效升温速率的降低与升温终止温度的升高,合金内部析出相尺寸增大。The mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy and the transformation of precipitated phases in the alloy during heating aging were studied. The experimental results show that, the strength of Al-4.76Zn-2.13Mg-1.18Cu alloy can be improved by heating aging. Under the condition of heating aging at termination temperature of 180℃ with 40 ℃/h, the mechanical properties of the alloy can reach that by peak aging with only 2 h aging time. The size of precipitated phase in the alloy increases gradually with the decrease of the rate of heating and the increase of the temperature at the end of the heating.
