摘 要:为了研究半弦管在热处理过程中变形的原因与解决方案,本文利用AG-100kN材料高温性能拉伸试验机测定了半弦管材料A514.GRQ在温度分别为900、770、680、580℃,应变速率分别为0.5、0.05S^-1。时的应力应变曲线。首先,利用ABAQUS软件建立了材料模型,然后创建半弦管不同热处理过程的有限元模型,模拟了半弦管分别采用单液淬火和双液淬火时的热处理过程,分析了半弦管在不同淬火模式下热处理阶段变形特点。结果表明:采用双液淬火法时,半弦管的畸变小于单液淬火法,在双液淬火法中,以100℃/h冷却速度冷却4h,转入淬火能力弱的冷却液中冷却至室温的工艺进行淬火所得到的半弦管形状最合理。In order to study the cause and solution of semicicular tube deformation in the process of heat treatment,the stress-strain curves of A514.GRQ material at 900,770,680 and 580℃,strain rate of 0.5 s-1and 0.05 s-1were measured by using AG-100kN material high-temperature tensile testing machine.Firstly,the material model was established by using ABAQUS software,and then the finite element model of the different heat treatment process es was established.The heat treatment processes of the semicircular tube were simulated by using single liquid quenching and double liquid quenching.The deformation characteristics of the heat treatment process of the semicircular tube under different quenching modes were analyzed.The results show that when using double liquid quenching method,the distortion of the semicircular tube is smaller than that of single liquid quenching.In the method of double liquid quenching,the semicircular tube shape obtained by cooling at 100℃/h cooling rate for 4 h and then changing to coolant liquid of weak quenching ability cooling to the room temperature is the most reasonable.
