山腊梅叶挥发油镇咳、平喘、祛痰、抗炎及免疫调节作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究山腊梅叶挥发油的镇咳、平喘、祛痰、抗炎及免疫调节作用。方法:设置空白对照组、阳性组,山腊梅叶挥发油高、中、低剂量组,采用氨水引咳法、气管酚红排泄法、二甲苯致耳肿胀法及碳粒廓清法观察各组给药方法对小鼠的镇咳、祛痰、抗炎及免疫调节作用;采用组胺引喘法观察各组给药方法对大鼠的平喘作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,山腊梅叶挥发油高、中、低剂量组均能明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,减少小鼠咳嗽次数(3min内),降低小鼠耳肿胀程度,增加小鼠吞噬指数(P<0.01);与空白对照组比较,山腊梅叶挥发油高、中剂量组能显著延长大鼠平喘潜伏期(P<0.01);与空白对照组比较,山腊梅叶挥发油高剂量组能提高小鼠气管酚红分泌量,增加小鼠廓清指数(P<0.05)。结论:山腊梅叶挥发油具有良好的镇咳、平喘、祛痰、抗炎及免疫调节作用。Objective:To explore the antiussive,antiasthmatic,expectorant,anti-inflammatory and immunmodulatory effects of the essential oil of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv Leaves.Methods:Set the blank control group,positive group,high,medium and low doses of essential oil from the leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv,by the ammonia coughing method,tracheal phenol red excretion,xylene-induced ear swelling method and carbon clearance method to observed mice antitussive,expectorant,anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects;histamine induced asthma method to observe asthma in rats.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the high,middle and low doses of essntial Oil from Chimonanthus nitens Oliv Leaves could significantly prolonged cough latency in mice,reduce the frequency of cough in mice(within 3 min),and reduce the extent of ear swelling and increas phagocytic index the extent of mice(P<0.01).Compared with the blank control group,the high and middle dose groups could prolong the latency of asthma(P<0.01).Compared with the blank control group,the high dose and middle dose groups of the high and middle dose groups could promote the tracheal phenol red Secretion,increased clearance index of mice(P<0.05).Conclusion:Assential oil from Chimonanthus nitens Oliv Leaves has good antitussive,antiasthmatic,expectorant,anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.
