摘 要:目的:研究龙血竭总黄酮对小鼠脾淋巴细胞免疫调节功能的影响。方法:将60只BALB/c雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性组及龙血竭总黄酮高、中、低剂量组,模型组小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺构建小鼠免疫抑制模型,其余各组按各自剂量灌胃给药,给药期间每周称量1次体重,给药30天后测定各组小鼠的胸腺及脾脏指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、NK细胞活性及培养上清中IL-2、IL-4、INF-γ含量。结果:龙血竭总黄酮能显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的胸腺及脾脏指数、提升脾淋巴细胞增殖能力及NK细胞活性,同时升高脾淋巴细胞悬液培养上清中IL-2及INF-γ水平,降低IL-4水平。结论:龙血竭总黄酮具有良好的免疫调节作用。Objective:To study the effect of SDF on immune regulation of splenic lymphocyte in mice.Methods:The 60 BALB/c male mice were randomLy divided into the normal control group,model group,the positive group and the SDF high,middle and low dose groups.Model group intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide to construct mouse immunosuppressive model.According to the dosage of each dose,the weight was weighed one time per week.The thymus and spleen index,Splenic lymphocyte proliferation ability,NK cell activity and the contents of IL-2,IL-4,INF-γof each group were determined after 30 days.Results:SDF can significantly increase the thymus and spleen index of immunosuppressive mice,improve Splenic lymphocyte proliferation and NK cells activity,at the same time increase Splenic lymphocyte suspension culture supernatant of IL-2 and INF-γlevels,reduce the level of IL-4.Conclusion:Conclusions:SDF have good immunoregulatory effect.
