摘  要:"六腑以通为用"是中医对脏腑生理功能的最经典论述之一,在治疗脾胃病时谨记此则,常可收到事半功倍的临床效果。刘铁军教授从事中医内科临床、教学、科研40余载,对中医优势病种——脾胃病治疗有独特见解,基于"六腑以通为用"理论,提出了"从腑气不降状态论治脾胃病",治疗寒、热、虚、实及虚实夹杂脾胃病及其兼证,在临床中取得了很好的疗效。"Unblocked transmission as normal functional state of six Fu organs"is one of the most classic statements of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the physiological function of internal organs,and it shall be kept in mind when treating spleen and stomach diseases,so as to achieve efficient clinical effects.Tutor professor Liu Tiejun have engaged in the clinic,teaching and scientific research of internal medicine of TCM for more than 40 years,so he has unique insights into the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases which are dominant diseases of TCM.Based on the theory of "Unblocked transmission as normal functional state of six Fu organs",he put forward the theory of "treating spleen and stomach diseases from the non-falling state of Qi of internal organs,which aims to treat spleen and stomach diseases caused by cold,heat,deficiency,excess,and intermingled deficiency and excess as well as accompanied symptoms,obtaining good curative effects in clinic.
