摘　　要：目的:通过观察乙肝病毒水平及ALT变化与中医时令变化的关系,指导临床防治乙肝。方法:按五运六气将一年平分为六气,按春夏秋冬划分四个季节,然后观察乙肝病毒水平及ALT在每个时令的变化。结果:ALT按六气分布情况是轻度与5～6、7～8、9～10月份联系最为紧密,中度与3～4月份联系紧密,重度与11～12月份联系最为紧密;ALT按四季分布情况是轻度与夏、秋、冬季联系紧密,中度与春季联系最为紧密。HBVDNA按六气分布情况是轻度与3～4、9～10月份联系紧密,中度与1～2月份联系最为紧密,重度与7～8月份联系最为紧密;HBVDNA按四季分布情况是轻度与夏、冬季联系紧密,中度与春季联系最为紧密,重度与秋季联系最为紧密。ALT、HBVDNA的六气分布情况经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:ALT、HBVDNA升高的时间分布规律,与"肝病者,愈于丙丁,加于庚辛,持于壬癸,起于甲乙"的中医理论相一致。Objective:To observe the relation between the level of hepatitis B virus and the change of ALT with the change of seasons of TCM to guide the clinical prevention and treatment of hepatitis B virus.Methods:According to five elements’ motion and six kinds of natural factors,we divide a year into six kinds of natural factors equally.According to four seasons to divide into spring,summer,fall and winter,and observe the change of each season between the level of hepatitis B virus and the change of ALT.Results:According to the distribution of ALT six gas is mild,with 5~6,7~8,9~10 in the most closely linked to moderate and 3~4 months closely contact with severe 11~12 in most close;ALT according to the distribution of seasons is mild and summer,autumn and winter are closely linked,and moderate spring contact most closely.According to the distribution of HBVDNA six gas is mild and 3~4,9~10 in close contact with moderate 1~2 in the most closely linked to severe contact with 7~8 in most closely;HBVDNA according to the distribution of seasons is mild and moderate in summer and winter and spring are closely linked,the most closely linked to heavy degree and Autumn is most closely linked.Statistical analysis of P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:The time of ALT and HBVDNA increase is consistent with the theory of TCM,and follows"Liver disease,cure by C and D,increase by G and H,last by I and J,start by A and B".
