枳实消痞丸联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察  

Observation of Clinical Effect of Zhishixiaopi Pills Combined with Compound Azmetide in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

摘　　要：目的:探讨枳实消痞丸联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取医院收治的122例功能性消化不良患者,按照随机数字表法等分为两组。对照组61例患者予以复方阿嗪米特治疗,观察组61例患者在对照组治疗的基础上加服枳实消痞丸。比较两组临床疗效,以及两组治疗前后临床症状评分及尼平不良消化指数(NDI)评分情况。结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为95.08%,明显高于对照组的81.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后各临床症状(食欲不振、腹痛、反酸、餐后饱胀)评分均显著减少(P<0.01);且观察组降低程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后NDI评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组减少更显著(P<0.01)。结论:枳实消痞丸联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良更有助于缓解患者症状体征,提高患者生活质量,疗效显著,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore clinical effect of Zhishixiaopi pills combined with compound azmetide in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:122 cases with functional dyspepsia were divided them into two groups randomly.Provided compound azmetide to control group(61 cases),and provided Zhishixiaopi pills combined with compound azmetide to observation group(61 cases).Compared two groups’ clinical effect,clinical symptom scores and nepean dyspepsia index(NDI)score before and after treatment.Results:After 4 weeks’ treatment,observation group’s overall effective rate was 95.08% which was significant higher than control group’s 81.79%(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,two groups’ scores of clinical symptoms(loss of appetite,abdominal pain,acid reflux,postprandial fullness)after treatment were significant lower(P<0.01),and observation group decreased more significant than control group(P<0.01).Two group’s NDI score after treatment were significant lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and observation group decreased more significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Zhishixiaopi pills combined with compound azmetide helps patients with functional dyspepsia to relieve symptoms and signs,improve life quality with significant effect.It is worthy to be further clinical promoted.
