摘　　要：目的探讨影响烧伤住院患儿主要照顾者照顾负荷的因素。方法应用一般资料调查问卷、照顾者负荷问卷对本院2017年2月～2017年8月收治的91例烧伤住院患儿主要照顾者进行问卷调查。结果烧伤住院患儿主要照顾者负荷总分为(30. 12±13. 405)分。患儿烧伤程度、家庭平均月收入、患儿年龄是照顾负荷的主要影响因素。结论烧伤住院患儿照顾者普遍承受着不同程度的照顾负荷,护理人员应充分关注并给予针对性的指导和支持。政府及社会应通过多种形式加强和完善主要照顾者社会支持,以减轻其照顾负荷,提高照顾质量。Objective To investigate caregiver burden in burned children and explore influencing factors. Methods Caregiver Burden Inventory( CBI) and self-compiled demographic information questionnaire were used to evaluate 91 eligible caregivers who took care for burned children in hospital. Results The total score of CBI was( 30. 12 ± 13. 405). The degree of burn,the monthly income of family and the age of child were main influencing factors of caregiver burden. Conclusion Caregivers who took care of burn children suffered burden in various degrees. Care guideline and support should be provided by nursing staff. The government and society can provide social support in various ways to ease caregiver burden in burned children and improve the quality of care.
