摘　　要：目的探究持续质量改进在外科管道护理的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月～2017年6月在本院接受治疗的291例置管患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=145)和观察组(n=146)。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组采用持续质量改进护理方法,对比2组患者的管道意外发生率、焦虑评分和患者护理满意度。结果观察组发生管道意外发生率和焦虑评分均显著降低,满意度显著提高,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论外科管道护理采用持续质量改进方法能够有效降低管道意外发生率,缓解患者焦虑心情,提高患者满意度,更具安全性。Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement on patients with tubes in surgical department. Methods Eligible patients were recruited from June,2015 to June 2017,and totally 291 participants were included. The patients were randomly grouped into control group( n = 145) and observation group( n = 146). Results The incident rate and anxiety score in observation group were lower than control group( P< 0. 05). The patient’s satisfaction was higher in observation group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can decrease incident rate,alleviate patient’s anxiety,increase patient’s satisfaction in surgical tube management,which is safer than regular tube care.
