摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈涂片细胞学检验结果的有效性。方法:选择2015-06-01—2018-05-30收治的142例宫颈涂片细胞学检验患者,分别对其予以液基超薄细胞技术(TCT)检测与阴道镜活检,并采用Bethesda系统(TBS)对细胞学进行诊断,以组织学检测结果与HPV DNA检测结果为"金标准",对TCT检测的诊断价值进行评价。结果:阴道镜活检与TCT检测的符合率较高;TCT检测与HPV DNA检测的符合率较高;随着年龄的增长,感染发生率逐渐下降(P<0.05);检测人员对标本的满意度较高。结论:TCT检测联合TBS对于宫颈细胞涂片的筛查与诊断具有较高的有效性。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of cervical smear cytology test results.Method:A total of 142patients undergoing cervical smear cytology were enrolled in our hospital from June 1,2015to May 30,2018. They were given liquid-based ultrathin cell technology (TCT)and colposcopy biopsy.The Bethesda system (TBS)was used to diagnose cytology.The histological test results and HPV DNA test results were regarded as “ gold standard ”, and the diagnostic value of TCT was evaluated.Result:The coincidence rate of colposcopy biopsy and TCT detection was higher.The coincidence rate of TCT detection and HPV DNA detection was higher.With the increase of age,the infection rate decreased gradually (P <0.05 ); the tester was more satisfied with the specimen. Conclusion:TCT combined with TBS might have high effectiveness in the screening and diagnosis of cervical smear.
