摘 要:近年来,Ⅰ—Ⅲ—Ⅵ族三元量子点AgInS_2具有发光波长随尺寸组分可调、荧光寿命长、Stokes位移大、在可见光区和近红外区吸光系数大等优异的光电性能。与含Cd、Hg等有毒元素的量子点相比,AgInS_2量子点毒性低、绿色环保,在生物医学应用中前景广阔。总结了近几年国内外关于AgInS_2量子点研究的最新成果,对其合成方法与应用进行了概述。TernaryⅠ—Ⅲ—Ⅵ2 type AgInS2 quantum dots(QDs)have been given broad attention in recent years due to their superior optical performance,such as size-and composition-dependent emission wavelength,long fluorescence lifetime,large stokes shift,and can emit in the near-infrared region with high extinction coefficients.Compared with the QDs containing heavy metal toxic elements such as Cd,Hg and so on,AgInS2 QDs have the advantages of low toxicity and green environmental protection,making them have a bright future in biological application.The latest achievements in the research of AgInS2 quantum dots at home and abroad in recent years were summarized,and outlined the synthesis methods and applications.
