摘 要:以γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基倍半硅氧烷和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯以及阳离子光引发剂复合组成固化体系,紫外光照固化获得γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基倍半硅氧烷/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯复合材料,研究γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基倍半硅氧烷含量变化对材料本体性能及表面性能的影响。结果表明:材料硬度随γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基倍半硅氧烷含量增大而增大,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基倍半硅氧烷含量变化对复合材料本体热性能无显著影响。复合材料表面疏水性随γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基倍半硅氧烷含量增大而增大,耐水性增强。XPS结果表明随着γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基倍半硅氧烷含量增大,材料表面C元素含量降低,O元素含量降低,Si元素含量增大。光固化复合体系有望作为UV固化涂料使用。In the present investigation,epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and glycidyl methacrylate as well as cationic photoinitiator were mixed as composite UV curing system.Then the system was cured to prepare composite material under UV.The influence of epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane content on the properties of composite was investigated.The results showed that the hardness of composite increased with increasing the the content of epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane,while the thermol properties showed no obvious change.The water contact angle increased with the content of epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane increased,which meaned its hydrophobicity increased.XPS results showed that C and O content decreased,while Si content on the surface of composite increased as the epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane content increasing.The composite UV curing system could be used as UV cured coatings.
