摘 要:通过水热法制备了钴酸铜(CuCo_2O_4)电极材料,研究了煅烧温度对CuCo_2O_4电极材料结晶度、形貌和电容性能的影响。结果表明:煅烧350℃制备的CuCo_2O_4材料的结晶度比煅烧300℃和400℃的结晶度更好;煅烧温度为350℃时,CuCo_2O_4材料呈片层状结构,片层之间交叉连接形成更多的间隙和孔道,结构更加疏松;煅烧温度为300℃和400℃时,CuCo_2O_4集聚在一起互相重叠堆积,间隙和孔道较少;煅烧温度为350℃时制备的CuCo_2O_4材料的比电容最大。CuCo2O4 electrode materials were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The effects of calcination temperature on the crystallinity,FESEM and capacitance property of CuCo2O4 were investigated.The results showed that the crystallinity of CuCo2O4 calcined at 350℃ was better than that of 300℃ and 400℃.FESEM of CuCo2O4 showed that the morphology of CuCo2O4 was lamellar structure.And cross-linking between them,more gaps and holes were formed,the structure was more loose,when the calcination temperature at 300℃ and 400℃.The layered material overlap gathered with each other,gaps and holes was less.The calcination temperature of 350℃,the specific capacitance of prepared CuCo2O4 material was the largest.
