摘  要:主要研究了游离异氰酸酯基团(—NCO)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等因素变化对制备水性聚氨酯(WPU)环氧固化剂及其增韧效果的影响。结果表明:控制游离异氰酸酯基团用量为6.38%(wt,质量分数),二羟甲基丙酸用量为7%(wt,质量分数),三羟甲基丙烷用量为3.4%(wt,质量分数),其余物料按理论计算量投料,所制得的WPU环氧固化剂对水性环氧树脂固化物具有良好的固化增韧作用,明显好于其他弹性材料,制得的水性环氧树脂固化物的表干时间≤2h,附着力达到1级,柔韧性为1mm,耐冲击强度(1kg·50cm)为无裂纹和无剥落,耐酸性(72h)为无泡,耐碱性(72h)为无泡。The influence factors about free isocyanate group(—NCO),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)and three hydroxymethyl propane(TMP)on the preparation of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)epoxy curing agent and its toughening effect were studied,the structure of curing agent and the toughening effect for waterborne epoxy cured resin were analyzed by IR and DMA.The result showed:free isocyanate group content was 6.38 wt%,dimethylol propionic acid content was 7 wt%,three hydroxymethyl propane content was 3.4 wt%,the amount of feed material was according to the theoretical calculation,the curing agent had good effect on curing and toughening of waterborne epoxy resin,obviously better than other elastic materials,the drying time of waterborne epoxy resin condensate was less than or equal to 2 h,The adhesion was first level,the flexibility was 1 mm,the impact strength(1 kg·50 cm)had not crack and spalling,acid resistance(72 h)had not bubble,alkali resistance(72 h)had not bubble.
