摘  要:针对鲜活农产品山地物流的多目标优化问题,构建了运输成本最小和农户顾客满意度最大的双目标优化模型,理论上针对解的可行域进行了有效约束,并以昆明国际花卉拍卖交易中心的集货线路问题为例进行了优化计算。优化结果表明:在山地物流问题背景下,山地农村非硬化路面特征导致的时间成本较高,集货点的优化是线路优化的前提;集货点优化基础上的线路优化可以明显节约运输时间并提高企业的运输效率,因而降低了单位运输成本与农户运费。研究为鲜活农产品山地物流线路的选择提供了新的思路和方法,对解决山地鲜活农产品外运问题以及实现精准脱贫都有着积极作用。Considering Multi-objective Optimization Problem of Mountainous Logistics on Fresh Agricultural Products, this paper coats a dual objective optimization model of minimizing enterprise transportation cost and maximizing customer satisfaction,solves the model with method of heuristic algorithm and makes an optimal calculation based on the route problem of Kunming International Flora Auction Trading Center.The results show that the nodes optimization is prerequisites to route optimization under the circumstance of mountainous logistics and the optimization can significantly raise transport efficiency of the enterprises and reduce transportation costs of farmers.This study provides a new way and scientific method for route selection problem of mountainous logistics on fresh agricultural products,which plays a positive role in solving the problem of transporting out fresh agricultural products in mountainous areas and realizing accurate poverty alleviation.
