摘  要:采用原位合成法制备了HY-SBA-15分子筛,并进行La改性。用XRD、N_2吸附-脱附等表征分析,在小型固定床上考察了La负载量、焙烧温度、时间对烷基化性能的影响,结果发现,最优制备条件是La负载量为10%、焙烧温度550℃、焙烧时间4.5h。XRD、N_2吸附-脱附表征分析La-HY-SBA-15分子筛有微-介孔结构,NH_3-TPD表征分析La-HY-SBA-15分子筛主要为中强酸,Py-FTIR表征分析La-HY-SBA-15分子筛L酸比B酸多。HY-SBA-15 zeolite was prepared by in-situ synthesis method and was modified in La by impregnation method.La-HY-SBA-15 was characterized by XRD,Nz adsorption-desorption and so on.The alkylation influence of load amount,calcination temperature,calcination time on La-HY-SBA-15 zeolite was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor.When load amount of La was 10%,calcination temperature was 550℃,calcination time was 4.5h,the reaction of alkylation had the best performance.La-HY-SBA-15 zeolite had micro-mesoporous structures by characterization of XRD and N2 adsorption-desorption,mainly had medium strong acid by characterization of NH3-TPD,had more Lewis acid than Bronsted acid by characterization of Py-FTIR.
