复合材料PSSS/SiO_2对溶菌酶吸附性能的研究

摘  要:在活化硅胶表面使单体对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)发生接枝聚合,制得复合材料PSSS/SiO_2。测定了PSSS/SiO_2的红外光谱和Zeta电位,探索了复合材料PSSS/SiO_2对溶菌酶的吸附行为与吸附机理,考察了温度和体系的pH对吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明:在较大的pH范围内,复合材料PSSS/SiO_2表面携带有高密度的负电荷;凭借静电相互作用,复合材料PSSS/SiO_2对溶菌酶表现出吸附能力;复合材料PSSS/Si O_2对溶菌酶的吸附量随着体系pH值的增大,呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。在pH=9处,吸附容量达68 mg·g^(-1);温度升高,吸附容量减小。Sodium p-styrenesulfonate(SSS) was graft-polymerized onto the surfaces of silica gel particles, resulting in the complex materials PSSS/SiO2. The infrared spectrum of PSSS/SiO2 was determined. At the same time, Zeta potential of the complex materials PSSS/SiO2 was also determined. The adsorption properties of the complex materials PSSS/SiO2 towards lysozyme was studied. The effects of the emperature and the systematic pH on the adsorption property of PSSS/SiO2 were studied. The experimental results show that the complex materials PSSS/SiO2 has higher density of negative charge on the surfaces in a wide pH range. By right of the electrostatic interaction, the complex materials PSSS/SiO2 exhibit adsorption ability for the lysozyme. The adsorption capacity of PSSS/SiO2 for lysozyme first increases and the decreases withthe increase of the systematic pH, and the adsorption capacity has a maximum value at pH=9. The maximum adsorption capacities for lysozyme is 68 mg·g^-1, respectively. Raising temperature leads to the decrease of the adsorption capacity causes the decrease of the adsorption capacity.
