摘  要:以对苯二酚和磷酸三苯酯(TPP)为原料,采用无溶剂法一步合成磷酸酯阻燃剂对苯二酚(二苯基磷酸酯)HDP。优化工艺条件为:n(TPP)∶n(对苯二酚)=2.0∶1.0,温度140~150℃,催化剂为[Bmim]HCO_3,催化剂用量0.009%(m/m),反应时间3 h。HDP收率可达91.2%。产品结构经IR、 NMR、ESI-MS确证。并和国外公司的同类产品的主要指标进行了比较。Using triphenyl phosphate(TPP) and pyrocatechol as the raw materials, the oligomeric phosphate flame retardant hydroquinone bis(diphenyl phosphate)( HDP) was synthesized. In a typical process TPP and resorcinol with a molar ratio of 2.0∶1.0 were taken catalyzed by 0.009% (m/m) [Bmim]HCO3 at 140~150℃ for 3 h. The yield of HDP was up to 91.2%. The structure of product was characterized by IR, NMR, and ESI-MS. The main indicators of the products were similar to the commercial ones.
