摘 要:以2-氟-4-氯溴苯、3,4,5-三氟苯硼酸和4-烷基苯硼酸为原料,通过一锅法两步Suzuki偶联,制得液晶单体2',3'',4'',5''-四氟-4-烷基三联苯。考察了不同催化剂配体、碱和反应溶剂对目标产物收率的影响,用1HNMR表征了该化合物结构。在优化条件下,目标产物的收率为79.3%。该路线操作简单,收率高,对环境友好,适合工业化生产。A class of liquid crystal monomers of 2′, 3′′, 4′′, 5′′-tetrafluoro-4-alkyl triphenyl were synthesized using 2-fluoro-4-chlorobromobenzene, 3,4,5-trifluorophenylboric acid and 4-alkylphenylboric acid as the starting materials in an one-pot Suzuki coupling method. The influences of factors including catalyst ligand, alkali and reaction solvent on the yield of target products were studied. The structure of the target products was characterized by 1H NMR. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of the target product was of 79.3%. This process had advantages including simple operation, high yield and environmentally friendly, and was suitable for industrial production.
