摘　　要：从创新要素的角度,分析粤东西北地区的创新发展基础与短板,并与江苏苏北地区进行横向对比和经验借鉴,研究提出新时期推动粤东西北地区创新发展的战略方向。From view of innovation elements,this paper analyzes the foundation and short board of innovation of Guangdong southeast northwest,comparing and drawing lessons from the north area in Jiangsu. Based on this,this paper researches innovation development strategy of Guangdong southeast northwest in new period.
