摘　　要：针对板坯连铸机结晶器供水系统在冬季供水温度偏低的问题进行了分析,并提出了改进措施。采取改进措施后,保证了板坯连铸机浇钢前的供水温度达到生产要求,使头炉板坯纵裂废品率由10%降至1%,为板坯生产的高效和稳定奠定了基础。The problem of the over-low water temperature of water supply system of slab caster mold in winter was analyzed,on which the improvement measures were proposed.After takingthe improvement measures,the water temperature before slab caster casting was guaranteed to meet the production requirements.The slab longitudinal crack ratio of the first heat was reduced from 10% to 1%,which laid a foundation for the efficiencv and stability of slab production.
