摘  要:通过问卷调查法对影响女性私人教练群体发展的相关因素进行调查。结果显示:年龄、学历、家庭、从业背景、择业动机、参赛经历、工作量和月收入是影响女性私教群体发展的主要因素;女性私教普遍缺乏系统长远的发展目标和职业生涯规划。建议:对私教队伍在性别和年龄上进行多元化结构调整与优化,协同创新女性私教人才的分类培养模式;成立女性私人教练行业协会/联合会,积极鼓励女性健身教练参与国内外各项健身健美赛事;积极拓宽女性私教的职业化道路,创造多渠道晋升和转型发展空间,促进女性私人教练群体朝着多元化方向发展。To investigate related factors affecting the development of female private trainer group through questionnaire method.Results:age,educational background,family,employment background,career motivation,competition experience,workload and monthly income are the main restricted factors,and female private fitness trainer generally lacks the long-term development goals and career planning.Suggestions:To adjust and optimize the structure of the private coaching team pluralistically in gender and age,to create a cooperative innovation model for female private trainers,to establish a female private coach industry association /federation,to actively encourage female coaches to participate in all kinds of fitness and bodybuilding events, to broaden their career path actively,to create multiple channels for promotion and for transformation development space,in order to promote the development of female private fitness trainer group in the direction of diversification.
