摘 要:目的提出一种基于形变量和相似性测度相关联的二维/三维(2D/3D)图像弹性配准算法。方法算法采用B样条形变方法建立3D形变模型,通过构建术前3D图像中重要解剖点的形变量和术前3D图像的数字重建影像(digitally reconstructed radiographs,DRR)相似性测度之间的函数关系,实现术中2D图像对术前3D图像形变的追踪。采用两套3D肺部CT图像和2D.DRR图像验证算法性能,以标记点距离误差评估算法精度。结果配准后两套数据的标记点距离误差在(0.7799±0.3628)mm到(1.8194±1.2046)mm之间。表明本文提出的2D/3D弹性配准算法具有较小的配准误差,配准精度与3D/3D混合弹性配准算法精度在一个数量级上。结论本文提出的方法能够精确地完成全局的2D/3D肺部图像弹性配准。Objective To propose a 2D/3D non-rigid image registration algorithm based on deformation correlated with similarity measure. Methods 3D deformation model is established using B-spline deformation method.By constructing functional relationship between the deformation of important anatomical points in preoperative 3D images and the similarity measure of digitally reconstructed radiographs( DRR) derived from preoperative 3D images,the deformation of the preoperative 3D images could be tracked using intraoperative 2D images.Two sets of 3D lung CT images and 2D-DRR images were used to verify the performance of the algorithm. The landmark distance error was calculated to evaluate the accuracy. Results The landmark distance error of two image sets after registration was between( 0. 7799 ± 0. 3628) mm and( 1. 8194 ± 1. 2046) mm. It was shown that the 2D/3D non-rigid registration algorithm proposed in this paper has a small registration error,and the registration accuracy of the proposed algorithm and 3D/3D non-rigid registration algorithm were on the same order of magnitude. Conclusion The proposed method could accurately complete the global 2D/3D lung image non-rigid registration.
