参合农民对新农合制度满意度的实证分析

摘　　要：根据5省237户的调查数据,应用Logit模型与Ordered Logit模型,对现阶段农户对新农合制度的满意度及其影响因素进行了实证分析。研究发现:有55%的参合农民对新农合制度总体情况表示"满意"或"较满意",参合农民对新农合制度的满意度的主要影响因素依次为:农民对新农合门诊、住院报销政策的满意度;对新农合政策的了解程度;新农合对于农民医疗负担的减轻程度。最后,根据研究结论提出了相关政策建议。In this paper,according to the survey data of 237 households in the 5 provinces,Logit model and Ordered Logit model are used to analyze the satisfaction of farmers to the new rural cooperative medical system and its influencing factors. The research find that there are 55% of the farmers " satisfied" or "satisfactory" on the overall situation of the new rural cooperative medical system,the main influence factors of farmers satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical system are: farmer’s satisfaction of outpatient and inpatient reimbursement policy; degree of understanding of the new rural cooperative medical policy; the degree of farmers’ medical burden. Finally,according to the conclusions of the study,some policy suggestions are put forward.
