刃针结合超激光治疗退行性膝关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨刃针结合超激光对于退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年12月至2018年3月阳江市人民医院收治的退行性膝关节炎患者132例,遵照随机抽签原则分为观察组和对照组,每组66例。对照组患者采用刃针膝周穴位及软组织异常改变处理,观察组在对照组基础上加用超激光治疗。治疗6周后,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组患者的疼痛缓解更明显,两组患者膝关节功能均有改善,且观察组患者的改善程度更好,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:刃针结合超激光治疗退行性膝关节炎的效果比单一使用刃针治疗的效果更突出,患者的康复情况更显著,更加有效地缓解了患者的疼痛,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of knife-needle super laser on degenerative knee arthritis. Methods A total of 132 patients with degenerative knee arthritis admitted to Yangjiang people’s hospital were enrolled in the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with super-laser treatment on the basis of the control group. After 6 weeks of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The pain relief of the observation group was more obvious, the knee joint function of the two groups were improved, and the improvement of the observation group was better, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of knife-needle super-laser on degenerative knee arthritis is more prominent than that of single-handed needle acupuncture.
