摘 要:研究是在一个有效容积为20. 7 L的UASB反应器中进行的。取哈尔滨市文昌污水处理厂的脱水污泥,用蛋白废水稀释后作为接种污泥,折合浓度为12. 5 mg SS/L。探讨利用稀释后的蛋白废水作为进水来培养颗粒污泥的可行性,并且研究了UASB反应器处理大豆蛋白废水的效能。结果表明:(1)反应器进水COD浓度由1100 mg/L逐渐升高,HRT从168h逐渐缩短,进入污泥驯化阶段。经过7d的驯化后,COD去除率达到了20%,并且有少量的气体产生。之后在运行阶段,按照0. 3 kg COD/(m3·d)的幅度提高负荷,系统中产甲烷菌的活性逐渐增强,在3. 85 kg COD/(m3·d)时发现反应器底部有颗粒污泥出现,粒径在0. 1-0. 3 mm之间,COD去除率也增大到75%以上。在试验最后,有机负荷达到5. 5 kg COD/(m3·d),HRT为24h时,颗粒污泥粒径在1-3 mm左右,并形成一定厚度的污泥床。(2)通过调节pH值,使出水pH维持在6. 5-7. 8之间。发现进出水pH值分别为5. 7和7. 2左右,COD去除率为80. 9%。This study carried in an UASB reactor which has effective volume of 20.7L.The sludge of Wenchang wastewater treatment plant in Harbin was fetched,diluted with protein wastewater sludge as the inoculum,equivalent to the concentration of 12.5mg SS /L.Using diluted protein wastewater as a feed to develop granular.The results are as follows:(1)Influent COD concentration in reactor increased from 1100mg/L gradually,HRT gradually reduced from 168h into the sludge acclimation phase.After 7d of domestication,COD removal efficiency of 20%,and a small amount of gas produced.At running stage,increased organic load in accordance with 0.3kgCOD/(m^3·d),the activity of methanogenic bacteria of system gradually increased in 3.85kgCOD /(m^3·d)and found that granular sludge appeared,at the bottom of reactor,particle size in between 0.1-0.3mm,COD removal rate increased to 75%.In the final,the organic load raised to 5.5kgCOD /(m^3·d),HRT is 24h,the granular sludge particle size is about 1-3mm,and formed a certain thickness of the sludge bed.(2)Adding different amounts of sodium bicarbonate at different times and changed dilution times to control the water pH value of the effluent pH maintained at between 6.5and 7.8,and pH values of in and out e water were around 5.7and 7.2,COD removal rate was 80.9%finally.
