摘 要:目的探讨甜菜碱的细菌毒性及对青链霉素胁迫下的革兰氏阴、阳性菌(大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌)的影响。方法采用试管比浊法进行甜菜碱细菌毒性试验并比较了不同浓度梯度下的青链霉素及青链霉素与甜菜碱共同作用下的细菌生长情况。结果在不同浓度甜菜碱(10~900μg/m L)条件下,大肠杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌都表现为生长状态良好且其生长情况无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在20~100μg/m L青链霉素条件下,加入25μg/m L甜菜碱后大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的菌数均有一定程度的增加,与不加甜菜碱的同浓度青链霉素组比较其生长情况有显著性差异(P<0.05);在30μg/m L青链霉素条件下,细菌的菌数随甜菜碱的浓度提高而提高。结论甜菜碱对细菌生长无明显抑制作用;甜菜碱在青链霉素胁迫作用下对革兰氏阴、阳性菌(大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌)起到了明显的保护作用。Objective To investigate the bacterial toxicity of betaine and its effects on Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria under the stress of Penicillin and Streptomycin.Methods At different concentrations of betaine( 10 ~ 900μg/m L),E.coli and Bacillus subtilis showed good growth status and no significant difference in their growth conditions( P > 0. 05). Under the condition of 20 ~ 100 μg/m L Penicillin and Streptomycin,the number of bacteria added to 25 μg/m L betaine after E.coli and Bacillus subtilis increased to a certain extent.There was significant differences in the growth of the same concentration of Penicillin and Streptomycin with no betaine( P>0.05).Under the influence of 30 μg/ml Penicillin and Streptomycin,the number of bacteria increased with the concentration of betaine increased.Results Betaine was no toxic to bacteria,betaine had certain protective effect on bacteria.Under the stress of 30 μg/m L Penicillin and Streptomycin,the protective effect of betaine on bacteria increased with the increase of betaine concentration.Conclusion Betaine had no obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of bacteria,Betaine had obvious protective effect on bacteria under the mixture of Penicillin and Streptomycin stress.
