摘　　要：目的通过检测泡型包虫病(AE)患者血浆IL-37、IL-18和IL-18BP的表达水平,探讨其临床意义。方法收集泡型包虫病患者(n=21例)及健康对照者(n=25例)的血浆样本,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测IL-37、IL-18及IL-18BP的表达水平。将上述结果与患者临床资料进行对比分析。结果 AE组血浆IL-37、IL-18和IL-18BP水平均高于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经相关性统计学分析发现,IL-37、IL-18、IL-18BP三者间具有相关性,且IL-37、IL-18、IL-18BP与患者血浆ALT、AST也具有相关性; AE组肝功能Child A级患者三种细胞因子表达量低于肝功能Child B～C级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); AE组存在血管侵犯组患者三种细胞因子表达量高于无血管侵犯组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-37、IL-18和IL-18BP的表达水平与泡型包虫病严重程度相关。Objective To detect the expression of serum IL-37,IL-18 and IL-18BP in patients with alveolar echinococcosis(AE),and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Plasma was collected from AE patients group (n =21 )and healthy control group (n =25 ).The levels of IL-37,IL-18 and IL-18 BP in 21 AE patients and 25 healthy controls were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The above results were analyzed with comparing the clinical data of patients.Results The results of ELISA detection showed that the expression levels of IL-37,IL-18 and IL-18BP in the plasma of patients with AE were higher than those of healthy controls (P<0.05).IL-37 was positively correlated with IL-18,IL-18BP ;and the three cytokines were positively correlated with ALT and AST;The expression levels of three cytokines of AE patients in Child A group were lower than those in Child B-C group (P<0.05);The expression of three cytokines in AE patients with vascular invasion was higher than that in patients without vascular invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-37,IL-18 and IL-18BP are elevated in AE patients and positively correlated with ALT and AST,indicated that they may play an certain role in the progress of AE.
