摘　　要：针对现阶段各领域对智慧的认识观念不统一、认知界限不清晰,探究科技发展历程中不同阶段、不同领域的智慧,归纳总结出智慧的共同特点,提出智慧具有主观性、时变性、多样性,依据智慧的特点及智慧在信息化中的应用提出智慧信息系统的概念,智慧信息系统与传统的复杂信息系统比较具有更强的开放性、自组织性、非线性、涌现性等,还具有实时性、自主性等新特性,最后通过列举智慧城市、智慧海洋、智慧校园、智慧科研、智慧训练等典型的智慧信息系统,进一步探究智慧信息系统在各领域的应用。Aiming at the present stage in various areas do not have a unified concept of understanding of wisdom,cognitive boundaries are not clear,to explore in the field of science and technology development in different stages,different wisdom,sum up out the common characteristics of wisdom,wisdom of subjectivity,time-varying,diversity is put forward,based on the characteristics of the wisdom and intelligence in the application of information technology is put forward the concept of intelligent information system,intelligent information system compared with the traditional complex information system more openness,self-organizing,nonlinear,emergent properties,etc.but also has new features such as real-time, autonomy,Finally,by enumerating typical intelligent information systems such as smart city,smart ocean,smart campus,smart scientific research and smart training,the application of smart information system in various fields is further explored.
