摘  要:论文面向航天测试应用,分析了160种不同参数被测信号的属性特征,在此基础上提出了信号调理环节与信号测量环节去耦合的组合测量机制及其硬件实现。针对被测信号和测试电路的适配控制问题,提出了组合调理控制编码,并基于Verilog HDL语言在FPGA上通过逻辑实现了调理编码的解析和调理电路的控制,确保了硬件电路的实时在线软件可配置。文章最后以多种信号的测试为例,给出了测试曲线和误差数据。实验结果表明,该同步调理编码机制能够有效应对高密度、多通道、多种类信号的并发测量。A set of test signals with 160 different parameters are analyzed and classified aiming at the application of space testing.On this basis,the combined measurement mechanism of the dedicated signal regulating phase and general signal measurement phase was proposed,with hardware implemented.A synchronous regulating coding mechanism was proposed and designed for the matching of test signals, regulating circuit,and the test circuits.Logic of decoding and controlling was implemented on FPGA to realize a configurable hardware circuit.Experiments show that the synchronous regulating mechanism can effectively deal with the complicated measurement of high-density,multi-channel,multi-type test signals.
