摘　　要：试验研究了不同焊接热输入和消除应力热处理工艺下罐车用Q420R钢焊接接头的拉伸性能、弯曲性能、系列冲击性能以及无塑性转变温度等。试验结果表明, Q420R试验钢以15～40 kJ/cm热输入进行焊接,其焊接接头的强度、冲击韧性和180°侧弯均可满足设计要求。Q420R钢在热输入为25～30 kJ/cm条件下进行焊接,然后选择在560～620℃温度范围内进行应力消除热处理,其焊接接头仍保持良好的强度韧性匹配。焊接接头系列冲击试验和落锤试验均表明Q420R钢的焊接接头具有较好的低温韧性。Q420R钢的焊接接头具有良好的综合力学性能,钢板焊接性能优良,可以较好的应用于移动压力容器的制造。The tension property,bend property,series impact property and NDT of the welding joint were researched in the process condition of different welding heat input and different stress relieving.The variety of mechanical property showed that the strength,impact toughness and 180°side bend can satisfy the requirement for Q420R steel welding joint,which was welded with heat input of 15-40kJ/cm.Q420R steel welding joint can obtain fine strength and toughness matching,when welded with heat input of 25~30kJ/cm and stress relief heat treated under temperature range of 560N620℃.Series impact test and NDTT showed that Q420R steel welding joint possesses good low temperature toughness.Q420R steel welding joint provided with fine comprehensive mechanical performance and can be applied to make transportable pressure vessels.
